As a Mentor for young researchers (MA, PhD and Postdoctoral student supervisor), I am committed to supporting them in applying for research and mobility grants which can widen their academic and personal horizons.
After the successsful story of my first PhD student, Andreea Dinca, who was awarded a Fulbright grant for a stay at the University of Iowa (August 2022 – May 2023), under the local mentorship of Prof. Elena Cotos, another of my PhD students, Karla Csürös, was awarded the same prestigious grant.
Karla is currently conducting her research stay at the University of Oregon (August 2024-June 2025), under the local mentorship of Prof. Christopher Kyle from the Learner Corpus Research and Applied Data Science (LCR-ADS) lab.

At the same time, my youngest PhD student, Adela Chindris, participated in an Erasmus research stay (June-August 2024) at the University of Torino, at the Digital Humanities research lab.
